01 Definitions of Critical Terms

"Generated Content" §2.1
Any music, audio, or creative outputs produced by utilizing the platform's AI tools, including compositions and arrangements.
"Commercial Use" §2.2
Any activity involving Generated Content intended to generate revenue, such as sale, licensing, or advertising.

02 Agreement Governing Services

DoBestMusic provides music licensing services through a subscription-based model. Detailed options are available on the Pricing Page.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm:

  1. Compliance with all terms, including General Terms and Privacy Policy;
  2. Legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
  3. Authority to bind your entity to this Agreement if acting on its behalf.

03 Scope of License & Rights Granted

Paying subscribers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to use Generated Content for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Social Media

YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Facebook, X (Twitter)

Streaming

Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Tidal, Deezer

Marketplaces

Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, Bandcamp, Digital Stores

4 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
